Air Fried Nutty Thai Chicken Skewers No need to

Air Fried Nutty Thai Chicken Skewers

No need to turn on the oven for these delicious nutty Thai chicken skewers. They cook up quickly in the air fryer with a 5-ingredient nutty-spicy sauce!
Serve over Asian slaw for a complete meal that is healthy and satisfying.

Ingredients
~
1 lb. boneless/skinless chicken breast, cubed
3 tbsp creamy natural peanut butter (or any nut butter)
1/4 cup warm water
2 tbsp coconut aminos
1 tbsp chili garlic sauce
1 tbsp honey
2 tbsp chopped roasted peanuts or cashews.

Directions
~
Soak bamboo skewers in water for 3 minutes. Blot skewers dry. Set aside.

Whisk together peanut butter, water, coconut aminos, honey and chili garlic sauce in a medium bowl until smooth. Add cubed chicken and stir well to coat. Reserve half of the sauce for serving.

Spray basket of air fryer with cooking oil. Slide chicken onto skewers. Place into basket leaving space in between. Air fry for 14 minutes.

Serve chicken skewers hot over rice or slaw topped with remaining sauce. Garnish with chopped nuts.
